We are pleased that you are interested in a stay in our house. Here you will find all the important information about your holiday and the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Booking terms and conditions

Your reservation is only definite with the payment of a deposit (except cancellation fee free rate), which you can easily send by credit card or bank transfer within 72 hours after booking.

What meals are included in the price?

Our rates include overnight stay with breakfast. We will be happy to help you choose and book a restaurant. Please note that there is no restaurant in our house. 

Can I also book half board?

We do not offer half board; please also note that there is no restaurant in our house. We will be happy to help you choose and book a restaurant in the immediate surroundings or in near villages if you wish.

Where can I park my car?

Our house has a large outdoor car park which our guests can use free of charge. Alternatively, a limited number of indoor parking spaces are available and can be booked at an additional cost of €15.00.

What happens in case of cancellation?

If you are unable to start your holiday as planned, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation fees may apply in the event of a cancellation. You will find the details of the cancellation conditions you have chosen in your booking confirmation. To avoid unnecessary costs, we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Is there a local tax, which will be added to the room price?

The local tax is €2.50 per person per day and is not included in the room rate. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt.

At what times can I arrive and depart?

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 15:00. Please contact us in good time if you are unable to arrive within 19:00. In this case, we will send you all the information you need for self-check-in.
On the day of departure, please check out at reception between 8:00 and 11:00. Should you wish to leave earlier, we kindly ask you to do your check-out the evening before.

Can I bring my pet?

Some of our rooms are accessible to small, house-trained four-legged friends. Please contact us directly to check availability. We charge €10.00 per night (no food is provided). We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Lost & Found

Have you forgotten something on your departure? Please contact us as soon as possible to verify if we have found your lost item, place your order with the courier service Europacco and get your items back in an easy and affordable way. Please note that we can keep your lost items for no longer than 30 days. 

Is smoking allowed?

Our hotel is smoke-free, i.e. smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms as well as in all indoor areas accessible to the public. In case of non-compliance, damages may be claimed. You are welcome to use the outdoor areas for smoking.
